Italian Builders was established in Southbroom on the South Coast of KZN in 1992 by Fiorenzo Contu, a qualified building contractor from Sardinia in Italy with over 45 years of building experience.

Now together with his sons Raffaele and Giuliano the company has grown from strength to strength focusing on using the finest building materials, tried and tested methods and a touch of Italian flair,all while working closely with the client to meet their budget. The result is an ultimate quality finished product and ensured customer satisfaction, no matter how big or small the project may be.

We aim at providing peace of mind throughout the scope of your project. We take full responsibility of the security of the project site as well as the staff working on the project (including subcontractors). We keep in constant communication with our clients throughout the project ensuring all their needs are met. Weekly reports with photographs help keep our clients informed on the progress of their project and estimated completion date.
